Return Policy
At Scent of Dubai, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, quantities, and shipping information.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@scentofdubai.ca. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes:
- Opened or used items
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.
